Event Details
Founder Friday is a Women 2.0 networking event organized in partnership with liked-minded organizations and individuals. On July 23rd, we're partnering with Startup Weekend and Elizabeth Knopf to host a Founder Friday in San Francisco!
Join fellow founders, both aspiring and current, for dinner together before Startup Weekend San Francisco. Elizabeth Knopf (current Founder of stealth mode start-up in the event space & previous venture capitalist at OpenView Venture Partners & Co-Founder of DormAid ) has made reservations for us at District (216 Townsend Street @ 3rd St.) on Friday, July 23rd, 2010 @ 5:00pm.
Please RSVP below with your contact info by Wednesday, July 21, 2010 so we know how many people to expect. We have made the reservation for 20 people.
The ticket price covers 1 drink (additional food and drinks will need to be paid for separately). We have reserved an area in the front lounge area at District. Then we will walk a few blocks over for Startup Weekend, which starts at 6:30pm.
This event
is hosted by Women 2.0
and held in partnership with Startup Weekend to
encourage more female founders of startups. We recommend Founder Friday attendees to attend Startup Weekend for
hands-on experience with the entrepreneurial process. Similarly, we
encourage female Startup Weekend attendees to check out Founder Friday
to meet fellow female startup enthusiasts and build their networks.
